How to use it
Apply the cream to the nipples with washed hands after each breastfeeding session. If your nipples are very sensitive, dab the cream gently.
For very sensitive nipples, breast donuts can help in addition to silver caps to protect the nipples from friction. To do this, fold about four nursing pads in half and cut a hole in the middle with a semicircle. Then wrap a tubular bandage or a cut-off, clean sock around them and place them over the nipples so that they are visible in the middle of the hole. This protects them from friction on fabrics.
