How to massage the perineum: The perineum is the part of your body between the vulva and the anus. Apply some oil to your perineum from the outside and spread it with washed fingers. For a more intensive massage, you can insert your thumb into your vagina and then massage the perineum between your thumb and index finger and massage. If you are interested in a stretching sensation, pull downwards with your thumb (if you imagine your vulva as a clock, towards six o'clock) or insert several fingers into the vagina. You can also try breathing into the stretching sensation to see if anything changes. Or you can just touch yourself on the outside and not stretch at all. And you can do all of this every day, just once, or never - whatever suits you.
